To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Skills School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Tech Skills School or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Enrollment in a Course grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Course prices are displayed on the services page and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made via the accepted methods indicated during the purchase process.

• Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided the User has not accessed more than 20% of the Course content. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
• Cancellation by the User: The User may cancel their access to a Course at any time, but this does not entitle them to an automatic refund, unless the above policy applies.
• Cancellation by Tech Skills School: We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a User's access to the services in case of a violation of these terms, with no right to a refund.

7. Modifications to the Terms

Tech Skills School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on this page. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
